***Hotel can direct you to venue, within walking distance of most hotels.

-Thursday, July 28th-

Trip to the Islands (self paid EVENT) - 8:00AM - 4:00PM

LOCATION: Islas del rosario

Dress Code: Beach ATTIRE

***Meet at Las Bovedas at 08:00AM, shuttles will take you to the marina. Please bring pesos based on your food selection listed on the above PDF.

Chivas Party Buses - 8:00PM - 10:00PM

LOCATION: buses leave from the SANTA CLARA

Dress code: Dressy casual**

***Meet at Las Bovedas at 08:00PM.

***We recommend women do not wear dresses or skirts for this event as you will be climbing in and out of the buses.

-Friday, July 29th-

FREE DAY TO EXPLORE CARTAGENA! - 7:00AM - 5:00PM

Pre-Wedding parTy - 8:00PM - 11:00PM

Location: Phantom pirate ship

Dress code: Semi-Formal**

***Meet at Las Bovedas at 7:15PM, shuttles will take you to the marina.

***Please dress in white.

-Saturday, July 30th-

Wedding Ceremony and Reception - 5:00PM - 3:00AM

Location: Sofitel Legend Santa Clara

Dress Code: BLack Tie

***Ask to be directed to the  Spa Terrace when you arrive at the Santa Clara.
